**I thought I posted this when it first came out, I just realized it was sitting in my drafts this whole time! Also I know I haven't posted in over a year but I want to turn that around soon! It will take some time but if you want something right away, check out our Instagram account, @delicateasianbeasts.
Benefit has had a number of recent launches over the last couple of months, most recently, their revamped expansion line on their brow products. While the brow relaunch is very exciting, I was more drawn to this beautiful palette.
The Cheekathon palette houses some of Benefit's top face powders.
I think it's pretty clear that I am in love with this face palette! I've always been dying to try Benefit powders, specifically Hoola, but I've never been able to justify spending $36 on a blush or bronzer from a brand that I haven't really tried out before.
**Update after using the palette for a year: I LOVE THEIR FACE POWDERS. WORTH THE INVESTMENT.
I'm glad I bit the bullet and purchased this palette for $75. In all honesty, it is a steal at this price. It's pretty much the same amount as if you were to purchase two of the powders. What's even better is, each of the powders in this palette is full size! The value for this palette is truly remarkable!

This post may seem a little irrelevant now as I think it was limited edition. However, Benefit has come out with ANOTHER palette similar to this one except it has two new powders in it, their Galifornia blush and Hoola Lite. The new palette is called the Cheek Parade palette. The palette includes Dandelion, Rockateur, Hoola, Hoola Lite, and Galifornia. I'm still on the fence about purchasing that palette. Initially, I really didn't care for the palette but I've heard nothing but great things about the Galifornia blush! However, I already have three of the powders as they are in the Cheekathon palette and I feel like Hoola Lite won't show up very well on my skin. As of right now, if I buy anymore Benefit face powders, Galifornia would be my next investment.
What are your thoughts on the new Cheek Parade palette? Do you like the Cheekathon better or the Galifornia palette? If you could create their next face powder palette, which powders would you include? Are you planning on purchasing the Cheek Parade palette?
